All centers are under the supervision of an interracial, ecumenical, community-based Board of Directors. Each director is elected to a three-year rotating term, with one-third of the members being replaced each year.
The Board meets every other month with called meetings as necessary. The Board employs a full-time administrator for the agency and other full or part-time staff including directors and registered nurses, as required to carry out the objectives of the centers.
