Hello and welcome to the High Five Club located within the Fort Mill Center. It is geared to young adults with special needs. The High Five Club works on the premise of person-centered planning and self-determination practices. We have a wonderful facility located on a beautiful lake in the Avery Lakes area of Fort Mill, SC. I would love the opportunity to show it to you and introduce you to our dedicated staff and wonderful volunteers.
